Set-Up Boxes - Sweet Packaging™ Style

These Limited Edition Boxes, as part of the Sweet Packaging™ system are available with clear vinyl lids or come with both the lid and base in the Gold - Diamond and Elegant-Gold Foil for the 3-pound and 5-pound. 

The boxes for Christmas and Valentines are available with clear vinyl lids or come with both the lid and base in the RED - Diamond Foil. The RED-Diamond foil boxes are available in the 4-Piece ¼ lb.,½ lb. and 1 lb. box sizes and are available with and without vinyl lids.  The current seven different trays used for the ½ lb. size box; etc. can be used in these boxes interchangeably.

For Valentines there is a CONCENTRIC HEART-Shaped Gold tray/cavity which fits the 1- pound box and for Christmas there is both a CHRISTMAS TREE shaped tray/cavity and a STAR / SNOW FLAKE (SILVER) shaped tray/cavity that fits the 1-pound box.

These Limited Edition Boxes, as part of the Sweet Packaging™ system are available with clear vinyl lids or come with both setup lids and base.  The current seven different trays used for the ½ lb. size box, etc. can be used in the tall truffle box and the picture frame box for added flexibility.

Tall Truffle box (TAL815/TAL915) is available as a setup box in 5 color/foil variations:

The Picture Frame Box with hinged-lid in the ½-pound size comes in three different foils:
          • PFX915-ELGOLD ( ELEGANT GOLD): PFX915-ELGOLD
          • PFX915-ELSILV (ELEGANT SILVER): PFX915-ELSILV
          • PFX915-ELPLATIN (ELEGANT PLATINUM): PFX915-PLATN

These folding boxes are used for mainly fudge, taffy, nuts, or loose candy, but also some can be used with trays, including those in the Sweet Packaging™ system for truffles or meltaways.

CORPORATE   BOX:  4-Piece Candy Box (#8041) with Business Card Sleeve

Sweet Packaging offers a means for taking your current 4-piece candy box and making it into a custom Corporate Gift Box (#CORP04).  This box places a folding box around your stock 4-piece candy box with a clear vinyl sleeve that has special cut outs for placing a business card into it.  This is a great way to offer customized corporate gifts at a low cost to the corporate customer.  The special box that holds your stock candy box (#8041/ #2041) comes in assorted colors: Brown, Red, Black and Gold.

         • TENT TOP BOXES

We stock different size trays for the Sweet Packaging™ system, plus we can have either custom made trays or we can procure trays to fit any size of our boxes. (NOTE: We only offer custom trays when used with our stock boxes or custom boxes that we manufacture.)

TRAY-SWEET™ Option
Sweet Packaging™ offers a unique combination of custom trays and custom boxes under the TRAY-SWEET™ Option.  This option provides our customers with the ability to have custom trays produced based upon the library of several thousand in-stock tray molds available, with no added cost of tooling for the molds, and with smaller production runs of custom trays.  Associated with this option of custom trays are the custom boxes produced which match these trays.  Note: These custom trays and boxes are sold together as a package.  Minimum quantities vary depending upon the tray but the base quantity is 6,000 units.

11. ACCESSORIES: PADS, CUPS, BAGS, PLATFORMS, PARTITIONS
Sweet Packaging offers an assortment of accessories to add the Finishing Touch™ to your packaging presentation.  This allows you to provide your customers with a finished look that is fitted to perfectly match your boxes; with One-Stop- Shopping at Sweet Packaging.

PARTITIONS
While we produce partitions on a custom basis, we also have partitions that are available for our current line of boxes. This presents your products without the use of plastic trays, while compartmentalizing each confection.  The end result is a very upscale ‘look”, for your gourmet confections. The board  used is white SBS for this purpose.  The partitions are   designed to fit our standard ½-pound size box, with 24 cavities.

CUPS
We stock ‘European Styled’ cups which are designed to enhance the ‘look’ of your confections when used in trays or without trays.
                                                            
Foil cups are available in either Gold (#CUP-GOLD) or Silver (#CUP-SILVER).  Our glassine cups are available in either brown (#CUP-BROWN/GOLD) or white (#CUP-WHITE/GOLD) with a gold design around the top portion of the cup—which adds a touch of elegance to the confections.

BAGS
We stock ‘European Styled’ bags which are sized to fit the Sweet Packaging™ system boxes; ½-pound and 1-pound boxes.  These bags provide the perfect carry means for your customer, which looks like a gift.  You can personalize these bags with your label, or leave them plain.
Custom bags (with your logo) are available in small quantities. Call for details.

                                                            
PLATFORMS

We carry in-stock platform (#PLATFORM.15.BR); that can be used inside the ½-pound box or increments of the ½-pound box (1-pound, 1-1/2-pound, 2-pound, etc.) that can raise the level of the inside of the box. This allows for multiple uses of the box, for example using the Tall truffle box at 1-1/2-inch as a regular truffle box whose dimension is 1-1/8inches in height.  For example, this allows for dipped glace fruit to sit on the platform base in a regular size box.

We also have platforms  that come standard in the two level 5-pound box (#8902) ; that is laminated with a matte gold foil and is hot stampable.

We can custom make platforms that use FDA food approved foils/papers. These platforms can be cut out to hold your products in place, including novelty products, or just regular confections.

PADS

We stock different size pads for the Sweet Packaging™ system, plus can have custom-made pads to fit any size of our boxes.
(NOTE: We only offer custom pads when used with our stock boxes or custom boxes that we manufacture.)

We carry stretch bow ties that fit our boxes that have real 3-1/2 -RIBBON BOWS as well as simple stretch bows in gold and silver. Aditionally, we carry Twist Ties Bows that can be used on our display boxes: APL (3-Window Display) and TNT (Tent Top) boxes.

Sweet Packaging offers an upscale way to move towards a gourmet “look”, by simply adding not only an elastic tie but a bow made from ribbon for your “FINISHING TOUCH’™. The elastic ties allow for ease of application, with perfect ribbon-bows each time. This not only provides your product with a secure closure, but adds the look of elegance. The high quality ribbon is imported from England.

The multiple colors available, with over 30 different colors, not only provides a medium to distinguish between holidays and special events/celebrations, but provides a unique way to distinguish between product lines when using similar sized boxes for easy reference and stocking. The use of multiple colored ribbons improves the chances of a multiple-sale since two different ribbons adds to the overall "gift” appeal.
